Our inauguration event is a Halloween themed concert by Grammy and Emmy Award winning artist, Albita. We're so excited to host this talented singer, songwriter, producer, and powerhouse! Tickets are now on sale for the first performance at the Westchester Cultural Arts Center! Many thanks to the arts leadership of the Miami Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs for this amazing community resource. We hope to see you all there. You can even come in costume!
