About RTG

The Roxy Theatre Group is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization geared toward children ages 3 to 17 years old, yet catering to all ages. Our program focuses on performing arts classes such as dance, drama and voice. These are provided through an educational format of teacher / student classroom environments culminating in on-stage productions. Our doors opened in 2002 with 240 students enrolled in various performing arts classes. Since our inception, we have produced recitals and musicals, have implemented an after-school program, conduct an annual summer camp and have participated in numerous local, regional and national competitions and events. Our annual season consists of Fall Follies, an autumn recital which marks the students’ first time on stage during the year; Holly Jolly Follies, a winter recital which serves as an artistic mid-term of sorts, highlighting the children’s progression in their respective arts-discipline; a main-stage musical production; our year-end Recital which is a culmination of the knowledge the children have garnered throughout the year and several original shows written and performed by parents, students, local teachers and special guests.

The Roxy Theatre Group is devoted to promoting the arts as a necessity to everyday life by first delivering superior arts programming to children as essential educational components and then reinforcing that foundation by providing quality arts opportunities to the community.  That is our mission to bring theatre to your lives with infinite passion and simply for the love of art.
